We Provide Delivery Services Only Within Mainland France. Orders With Delivery Addresses Outside France Are Not Supported At This Time.

2. Order Processing And Cut Off Time

Our Online Service Hours Are Monday To Friday From 9:00 To 18:00 (CET). Orders Successfully Paid Before 18:00 Will Begin Processing On The Same Business Day. Orders Placed After 18:00 Will Be Processed Starting From The Next Business Day. If An Order Is Placed On A Non Working Day, Processing Will Resume On The Next Available Business Day.

3. Order Handling Time

After Order Confirmation, We Typically Require 1 To 3 Business Days To Prepare, Pack, And Dispatch The Products.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping Costs Are Calculated Based On The Total Order Value. Orders Of 130 Euros Or More (Including 130 Euros) Qualify For Free Shipping. Orders Below 130 Euros Are Subject To A Flat Shipping Fee Of 5.99 Euros. The Applicable Shipping Fee Will Be Clearly Displayed At Checkout.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once The Order Has Been Dispatched, The Estimated Delivery Time Is Between 7 And 10 Business Days. Actual Delivery Times May Vary Depending On Location And Logistics Conditions.

6. Shipping Carriers

We Select Appropriate Carriers Based On Order Requirements. Commonly Used Carriers Include UPS, GLS, And La Poste. Shipping Details Will Be Sent By Email After Dispatch.
